On a tl:ConfigurationItem, constraints can be defined on properties that receive arguments calculated via navigation.

If such navigation involves the container property, problems arise when a new tl:ConfigPart is created in the GUI.

In such a case, the system attempts to navigate through the container and add a constraint to the tl:FormField of the "target attribute." Since the ConfigPart is just being created, the container does not yet exist, resulting in a NPE.
