In-app reconfiguration and re-export of a modular layout crashes the application

AppEditors InAppDevelopment LayoutFramework

Layouts created and exported within the app must be marked as "final." If this is not done, overlays will be reapplied afterward, which inevitably leads to duplicate component names and, consequently, an invalid layout.

Workaround

After re-exporting, the marker ` final="true"` must be added to the ` config:template-call ` section of the layout XML.

Test

Reconfigure the modular layout within the app, re-export it to the file system, and restart the application.
