DeepL: Use glossaries for translations

I18N

For some time now, the DeepL translation service has allowed users to define their own translation tables (glossaries) to ensure consistent terminology within a specific subject area.

In the context of TopLogic, for example, “Map” never means “landkarte” but always means “abbildung.”

Improvement

A glossary can now be defined for generating I18N from code documentation.
The TopLogic Maven plugin can be used to create and update the glossaries stored in DeepL.
In-app translation (for entering multilingual text) can also use these stored glossaries.

Using the TopLogic glossary as an example:

Entries are maintained in /bos-deepl/glossaries/tl-en-de.tsv
The glossary stored on DeepL is updated with ` mvn tl:upload-glossary@glossary`
To do this, the plugin must be configured in the project (here, bos-deepl) as follows:
