Bugfix
TLSync imports the value of the table column HAS_WRAPPER_ATT_VALUE.REV_CREATE from the source system.
This was noticed in EPP. Thereby there are objects which were created in revision 431, which is also in the column REV_MIN. But in REV_CREATE is 12, because it was created in the source system in revision 12. Accordingly, there are no further lines for these objects that cover the period from 12 to 430.
Priority "Major" instead of "Minor" because I can't foresee what consequential problems this may cause.
Test
TestTLSync.testRevCreate()
