Bugfix
With tl:JSONValue you can embed arbitrary JSON objects in typed configurations.
However, the configuration of boolean values (especially true) does not work or the configuration syntax is clumsy.
You configure a string value with <string value="insert" />, an integer with <integer value="42" /> etc. only a boolean with <true/> or <false/>. This is clumsy because you can't move such a boolean value into a configuration alias %MY_SETTING%. Better would be the consistent syntax <boolean value="true"/> or <boolean value="false"/>.
Furthermore the syntax <true/> does not work at all, because the superclass JSONValue is missing.
Furthermore a test case for the complete functionality is missing.
