Even in English, the links are always displayed with their German titles. And accordingly, the German title is also inserted into the English text as the link title...

Improvement

Previously, the tl:PageResourceProvider always used the locale defined by the user’s application language. It has now been updated so that the I18NStructuredTextAttributeStorage.LOCALE property is updated when the document language changes, and the tl:PageResourceProvider accesses this value.

Test

Insert a TLObjectLink on a page and test it in multiple languages. The suggestion list for the links must display the titles for the selected language (if available). Likewise, the inserted link must set this title as its link text.
