AppEditors InAppDevelopment LayoutFramework Migration

After creating an object, you have the option to select the new object or set it as the model. It would be nice to have a similar option after executing `tl:CommandHandlerByExpression`.

The target model for the GUI action is the return value of the operation.

Code Migration

The return value of the CommandHandlerByExpression.Config.getOperation() operation was previously an error message. If this was used, it must be replaced with throw() or info().
The severity configuration option for such commands has been deprecated and must be removed from layout XML files in the development environment. Layouts in the database are migrated automatically.
