Error with Boolean and Number support in JSON configuration types
With tl:JSONValue, you can embed any JSON objects into typed configurations.
However, configuring Boolean values (especially `true`) does not work, or the configuration syntax is awkward.
You configure a string value with <string value="insert" />, an integer with <integer value="42" />, and so on—but a Boolean is configured only with <true/> or <false/>. This is awkward because it prevents you from placing a Boolean value in a configuration alias like %MY_SETTING%. A better solution would be the consistent syntax <boolean value="true"/> or <boolean value="false"/>.
Furthermore, the syntax <true/> does not work at all because the superclass JSONValue is missing.
Furthermore, a test case for the full functionality is missing.
