Too many buttons are still displayed in the tl:ButtonComponent.
Improvement
In tl:ButtonUpdater.collectButtons() all buttons of the tl:LayoutComponent including those of the children were recursively collected. Now it is additionally checked if the currently viewed tl:LayoutComponent is a dialog. If so, the recursion is not followed any further at this point.
Test
Change the theme to Dezent Sidebar. Click on "Change password" in the administration under Access > Administration. The buttons within the dialog should not appear in the background below. The same can be tested with other dialogs, for example in the dialogs of the technical demo under Layout-Framework#1 > Dialogs
