Configuration to disable branches

PersistencyLayer

The TypeSystem supports the "multiple-branches=false" configuration. This prevents the creation of branch columns for KnowledgeBase objects.

Since the branch column is no longer created programmatically but is defined in BasicMeta.xml, the database overlay singleBranchMeta.xml must be included.

There should be a configuration file named top-logic.singleBranch.config.xml that can be included in metaConf.txt to

the type system is switched to "trunk only"
and the corresponding database overlay is included.

Test

Include the configuration file top-logic.singleBranch.config.xml.
Restart the database and boot the application.
Open the maintenance page dbQuery.jsp
Execute `select * from meta_element `.
- Expected result: There is no "Branch" column
Execute `select * from flex_data `.
