Easy configuration of model updates via MigrationProcessor

Automatic data migration

Sometimes it is desirable in a migration to have an unversioned update of model elements, i.e. a change of the TL model that look to the application as if they were always valid.

For such functions there are already "stored procedures" which exist in different DB dialects and have to be included again and again.

Different tl:MigrationProcessor were created. Which operations can be done can be seen under doc:unversionedModelMigration&uuid=6c92e89e-a445-4d9b-af6b-9dac960c86bc.
