InAppDevelopment

When a form is created from a configuration item, groups created for `tl:PropertyDescriptor` are always displayed expanded.

In some cases, this takes up an unnecessary amount of space on the GUI.

Improvement

There should be an annotation for `tl:PropertyDescriptor` so that the GUI for the property is displayed in a minimal way; for example, groups could be displayed collapsed.

Test

In the views Technical Demo > Layout Framework #1 > Forms > Declarative Form Definition and Technical Demo > Layout Framework #1 > Forms > Declarative Form (Configuration Type), the Constraints group is collapsed.
