When an attribute is created in App, an empty "Fully qualified name:" field is displayed:

This is useless and should not be displayed.

Test

Switch to "Administration > Development > Model Editor".
Select the type to be printed.
Open dialog to create an attribute.
- Expectation: No field "Fully qualified name" is displayed.
Select attribute.
- Expectation: In the detail view, the fully qualified name is displayed exactly once.
